CQCS (Care Quality Compliance Support) runs cqcsupport.com. This notice explains how we handle the personal data you give us through our enquiry form. We are the data controller, and you can contact us at hello@cqcsupport.com.
What we collect and why
When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, role, service name, email address, phone number if you give it, current CQC rating, and anything you write in your message. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss how we might help. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from care providers.
Who handles it
Our enquiry form is run by Formspree and enquiries reach us by email. Both providers are based in the United States, so your details are transferred outside the UK under the providers' standard data protection safeguards. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's use.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing hello@cqcsupport.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
